Our company established in 1985 by Nikolaos Kapogiannopoulos, focusing mainly on building construction and real estate sales. Up until today, he has completed a significant number of projects, including apartment buildings, single-family homes, offices, and commercial properties, in the wider area of the city of Patras.

Since 2009, with the entry of civil engineer Dimitrios Kapogiannopoulos into our company, we have expanded beyond property construction and sales into the field of architectural design and project management.

In collaboration with experienced scientific and technical personnel, we study and manage every project from the stage of architectural design to its construction. Our priority is the quality construction characterized by the absolute functionality of the spaces, modern architecture, and the use of reliable and contemporary materials, with emphasis on energy efficiency and construction safety.
